Greet the day with this early morning practice! This 45-minute practice will invite you to enjoy the steadiness of help postures mixed with the fluidity of flow-like transitions. The focus of the class is to wake you up without wearing you out.

If class is denoted as "WARM" it will take place in our slightly heated upstairs studio. You can expect the room to be 80-82 degrees.
