Flow

Flow is our vinyasa style class pairing breath with movement and challenging students to explore new postures and limitations within their practice. You will be invited to move on your own without the guidance of the instructor for short portions of class. We consider this to be a slightly more challenging class, so familiarity and experience with basic yoga postures is encouraged.
45 and 60 minute versions of this class are available throughout the week.

Flow is currently being offered as both an in-studio and an online virtual class. If joining in person, please make sure you are registered for "STUDIO - Flow" on the schedule. If you are joining virtually, please make sure you are registered for "ZOOM - Flow" on the schedule.

If class is listed at "Warm" it will take place inner socially distanced upstairs studio & be heated to roughly 80 degrees.
