Flow

Our vinyasa style class that focuses on pairing breath with movement. Build a flow together + expect repetition of movement. This class allows space for students to takeaway or build in additional postures when they feel called to. All levels welcome.

This class is excellent for moving meditation: for a focus on breath + movement connection, finding flow in your movement. Get out of your head + onto your mat.

If class is denoted as "WARM" it will take place in our lightly heated studio. You can expect the room to be 80-82 degrees.
