Join us for an all-levels community yoga class open to the public.

As a reminder all of our Community classes are free, but include a suggested donation to an organization that aligns with our values. Donations can be made ahead by following the link above, or made day of.QR codes are available in all spaces to donate. Cash is also accepted.

Spring Yoga Nidra $25 per class A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a gentle way to move into a deep state of rest. Different than meditation, yoga Nidra actually encourages a sleep-state, a place of deep healing- where mind and body are at rest, but consciousness is awake. Yoga Nidra can help reduce anxiety, build immunity, reduce effects of stress, and it can help you gain more restful sleep cycles. Join us for a restorative Yoga Nidra session to refresh the body and the mind, clearing space for growth in the season ahead.

Aerial Basics $100 Purchase required to enroll

Ready to take your yoga practice into the air, but a little nervous to jump right in? Myriad will be offering our popular introductory course this Summer to help guide you through the basics of an aerial yoga practice. Aerial is a casual departure from our typical yoga classes — these classes create an open environment to practice unusual fitness movement and challenge your body in unique ways.

This fun and playful movement style incorporates aspects of postural yoga, breath work, body weight and dynamic movement. Throughout this four week course you will become familiar with Aerial terminology, get comfortable with the silk, learn basic Aerial postures, and begin to work with inversions and hanging from the silk. With only seven students per class, you will receive a focused attention to help you feel safe and confident. Finish out the month feeling prepared to take on an Aerial class, ready to float through the movements!


**This class is NOT RECOMMENDED if you are pregnant, have joint replacement or spinal issues, or if you are new to yoga or fitness.**

Spring Equinox Glowga $25 per class A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Glowga classes are a vinyasa flow style class led in darkness underneath of black lights.

** This Flow is led in darkness under black lights and may be challenging for those with vision impairment or sensitivities.

Earth Day Donation Class Free Plans available from $99 No purchase required to enroll

In honor of Earth Day, our gratitude + connection with nature, we will be placing a special Earth Day focus on our weekly Sunday morning donation class. Class is FREE or DONATE-what-you-can. All proceeds will go to Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Inc. This will replace our regular Sunday morning Myriad Flow.

Cash donations will be taken or QR codes will be available that day.

Donation Move Free Plans available from $99 No purchase required to enroll

MOVE is a 45-minute class where you can expect to be moving for most of the class. Workouts are longer and full of bodyweight movements, cardio machines, and lightweight dumbbells or kettlebells. The workouts are created ahead of time but are not published beforehand so you are in for a surprise every time you show up to class! These workouts are not programmed around CrossFit or Bootcamp so be mindful of how your body is feeling after a MOVE class as you head into a new week of fitness!

Family MOVE $14 per class From $10 per visit with MOVE: 10 Class Punch Card pass No purchase required to enroll

Enjoy a workout with the whole family! Kids of all ages are welcome to this MOVE style class where parents are encouraged to work out with or alongside their children. Options will be available whether your kiddo is a tiny, a little. a big, or even a tween. Show your kids that fitness can be fun!

Full Moon Reflections + Yoga $25 per class Plans available from $74 A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Full Moon Reflections is a 75-minute class to honor and absorb the energies of the full moon. This monthly class holds space for you to tune in and realign with your intentions from a place of grace and mindfulness. Enjoy a blend of yoga movements and postures combined with space to reflect and meditate. With a different teacher each month, your experience will change season to season, always allowing for variety and unique perspective.

Soulful Self-Study: A Tarot and Yoga Experience $35 per class A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Join Zoe for a two hour workshop that blends the ancient art of Tarot cards with the practice of Yoga. In the first 75 minutes, we’ll explore the basics of how to read and understand Tarot cards, by diving into the structure of the deck and possible ways to interpret the cards.

Followed by a 30 minute break, the remaining 45 minutes we’ll take what we learn into our asana practice with a Tarot-themed yoga flow. This flow will invite you to embody the energy of the cards, self-reflect, and enhance your understanding and appreciation of both Tarot and yoga.

Handstands 101 $35 per class A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn the foundational principles and techniques necessary to perform a safe and effective handstand. Whether you're looking to improve your balance, build upper body strength, or simply challenge yourself in a new way, this session is perfect for beginners.

6-Week HYROX Training Series $250 Purchase required to enroll

HYROX training focuses on the following movements: running, rowing, skiing, sled pulls, sled pushes, burpees, farmer's carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls.
