A 45-minute class that is intended to be a starting point for any new yogis or athletes looking to add yoga to their recovery. This class will be slower paced and more focused on mobility and stretching, holding poses for 2-3 minutes at a time. This can be a mentally and physically challenging practice - not because of muscular endurance, but because of the mental/ physical strength it takes to let go.

If class is denoted as "WARM" it will take place in our slightly heated upstairs studio. You can expect the room to be 80-82 degrees.

Stretch is currently being offered as both an in-studio and an online virtual class. If joining in person, please make sure you are registered for "STUDIO -Stretch" on the schedule. If you are joining virtual, please make sure you are registered for "ZOOM - Stretch" on the schedule.
