MOVE: Drop In $14 • 1 visit • MOVE is a 45-minute class where you can expect to be moving for most of the class. Workouts are longer and full of bodyweight movements, cardio machines, and lightweight dumbbells or kettlebells.

MOVE is a 45-minute class where you can expect to be moving for most of the class. Workouts are longer and full of bodyweight movements, cardio machines, and lightweight dumbbells or kettlebells. The workouts are created ahead of time but are not published beforehand so you are in for a surprise every time you show up to class! These workouts are not programmed around CrossFit or Bootcamp so be mindful of how your body is feeling after a MOVE class as you head into a new week of fitness!
