ZOOM - Stretch

Registering for this class allows VIRTUAL only access to Stretch.

This 45-minute class is a great way to work on your flexibility + recovery, for both yoga students + athletes. This class is slower-paced -- focused on mobility + stretching, expect to hold poses for 2-3 minutes at a time, similar to a yin-yoga class. All levels welcome.

This class is excellent for rest + recovery: for a focus on relaxation, stress relief + restoration of the body, mind + emotions. Perfect when you need quiet time.
