Meditation + Deep Breathing

If time allows, allow yourself an extended savasana with time for meditation + pranayama (breath work) to follow. This 15-minute segment allows time to rest, calm the mind + refocus before continuing on with your day.

This 15 minute class is available as a free add-on if you are already attending the class immediately prior. You do not need to register for this class if you already plan to attend the class prior. This class is not available as a standalone option. The studio doors will be locked during the class prior, so you will not be able to join after class has started.
