Meditation & Deep Breathing

Looking to take a breather and refocus your mind? This mid-day meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) class is short & sweet and will get you out of your head and into the present moment.

This 15 minute class is available as a standalone virtual option OR as a free add-on if you are already attending the 12pm Flow class. You do not need to register for this class if you already plan to attend the 12pm class, but you will need to pre-register if you ONLY plan to attend for Meditation and Deep Breathing. This class is not available as a standalone in-person option. The studio doors will be locked until 1pm, so you will not be able to join in-person.
