Aerial

Access deeper stretch, create challenge + play with your yoga practice. Using a silk hammock, as a prop, you will work on traditional + non-traditional postures, both grounded + flying. Expect to invert + spin some in class.

This class is excellent for stability + grounding: for a focus on building a foundation for poses + feeling grounded. Build strength, flexibility + balance with steady, intentional movement.

**This class is NOT RECOMMENDED if you are pregnant, have joint replacement or spinal issues, or if you are new to yoga or fitness.**

***PLEASE REMEMBER to be properly hydrated, nourished + well-slept for this class. We will invert and the silks may spin with the potential to cause dizziness or nausea.***

Due to class capacity and the popularity of our Aerial classes, pre-registered students must cancel their registration for class 24 hours ahead of class time (12:00P the day prior for M noon class or 6:30P the day prior for M/TH evening classes). This helps to ensure that students registered on the waitlist have appropriate notice to arrange their schedules for class. Failure to cancel 24-hours ahead will result in a $10 cancellation fee. If students are moved up from the waitlist day-of, we ask that they cancel as soon as they know they are not able to make it to class. Exceptions for emergency situations.
