Looking to spend some time focusing on your Olympic Lifts? Look no further than this Barbell Technique Workout during our coached Weightlifting session on Thursday evening. During our coached time we’ll have an available Weightlifting WOD for the session. These workouts can be started any time during the session with the guidance of a coach. The workouts will focus on weightlifting basics and will be scalable for a variety of experience levels.
