This two-hour experience will offer a guided journey through 108 Sun Salutations A, offering a chance to warm-up gently, modify + adjust the flow to the individual, + enjoy a long savasana to close the practice. 108 has long been seen as a sacred number -- 1 represents new beginnings, 0 represents emptiness, + 8 represents infinity; together these numbers offer a chance to set intention + manifest desires. Start your new year mindfully with this "go at your own pace" moving meditation.
