Full Moon Reflections + Yoga

Full Moon Reflections is a 75-minute class to honor and absorb the energies of the full moon. This monthly class holds space for you to tune in and realign with your intentions from a place of grace and mindfulness. Enjoy 45-minutes of yoga postures and flow followed by 30-minutes to reflect and meditate. With a different teacher each month, your experience will change season to season, always allowing for variety and unique perspective.
