In each 45 minute class you will be taken through a brief warm-up, review of the movements in our daily workout, and then pushed to your limits for a high intensity cardio and strength workout. We maximize efforts by minimizing time chatting, standing around and teaching complex movements.

MOVE is a 45-minute class where you can expect to be moving for most of the class. Workouts are longer and full of bodyweight movements, cardio machines, and lightweight dumbbells or kettlebells. The workouts are created ahead of time but are not published beforehand so you are in for a surprise every time you show up to class! These workouts are not programmed around CrossFit or Bootcamp so be mindful of how your body is feeling after a MOVE class as you head into a new week of fitness!

Parent + Baby Yoga is a casual 45-min class meant to provide time for parents to move and breathe with their babies alongside. This judgement free class won't bat an eye if you arrive to class a few minutes late, or need to step away a bit early. Our class encourages parents to carve out time for their practice, while allowing the space to tend to your baby when needed. Crying, fussing, laughing -- it's all a part of the joyful experience of Parent + Baby Yoga. Let this class be a reminder that it is OK to take just three breaths, giving yourself space, before managing your baby's needs.

Please bring with you anything your baby might require to be more comfortable: blankets, toys, snacks etc. At times we may engage with our babies as we move (holding lifting, hugging), but if baby is not into it, they are welcome to sit, sleep or play next to you as you practice.

If time allows, allow yourself an extended savasana with time for meditation + pranayama (breath work) to follow. This 15-minute segment allows time to rest, calm the mind + refocus before continuing on with your day.

This 15 minute class is available as a free add-on if you are already attending the class immediately prior. You do not need to register for this class if you already plan to attend the class prior. This class is not available as a standalone option. The studio doors will be locked during the class prior, so you will not be able to join after class has started.

This heavily-propped 60-minute practice features postures focused on resting, recovering + mindful breathing. Prepare to hold a small sequence of gentle poses for 5-7 minutes at a time, in a restorative yoga style. All levels welcome.

This class is excellent for rest + recovery: for a focus on relaxation, stress relief + restoration of the body, mind + emotions. Perfect when you need quiet time.

This 45-minute class is a great way to work on your flexibility + recovery, for both yoga students + athletes. This class is slower-paced -- focused on mobility + stretching, expect to hold poses for 2-3 minutes at a time, similar to a yin-yoga class. All levels welcome.

This class is excellent for rest + recovery: for a focus on relaxation, stress relief + restoration of the body, mind + emotions. Perfect when you need quiet time.

If class is denoted as "WARM" it will take place in our lightly heated studio. You can expect the room to be 80-82 degrees.

Access deeper stretch, create challenge + play with your yoga practice. Using a silk hammock, as a prop, you will work on traditional + non-traditional postures, both grounded + flying. Expect to invert + spin some in class.

This class is excellent for stability + grounding: for a focus on building a foundation for poses + feeling grounded. Build strength, flexibility + balance with steady, intentional movement.

**This class is NOT RECOMMENDED if you are pregnant, have joint replacement or spinal issues, or if you are new to yoga or fitness.**

This class is a departure from our yoga mat classes. Combining elements of yoga asana, somatics, breath work, energetics, dance and floor work, Divine Fem Flow gets you out of your head and into your body. This class is designed specifically for those who align with feminine energies as a way to help you embrace, connect, and find self-love and appreciation for your body. All individuals that relate to fem energy welcome.

**This is not a standard yoga class. In this class we will spend a lot of time on the ground and on our knees. We recommend wearing leggings, knee pads or tall thick socks that cover the knees. No yoga mat required.

If class is denoted as "WARM" it will take place in our lightly heated studio. You can expect the room to be 80-82 degrees.

Registering for this class allows VIRTUAL only access to Sadhana.

Sadhana is a Sanskrit word that means daily spiritual practice. Part philosophy, part asana, part meditation, part pranayama - expect a full soul cleansing and an in depth practice of at least 4 of the 8 limbs of the yogic path.

**This class is intended to be for serious practitioners who want to push the edge of their asana practice. Recommended at least 3-5 years practice (including 6-months IN-STUDIO practice), a solid inversion practice (headstand, forearm stand and/or handstand) and willing to take risks.

Yoga Therapy is a safe way of working with the natural capacity of your body and mind to optimize your well-being. Expect a slow and steady class utilizing gentle and accessible postures/exercises, breath work, meditation techniques and more - to address your individual physical, mental and emotional needs. Yoga therapy can offer support for a range of concerns including: pain, neurologic issues, mental health, mobility issues, illness and healthy aging.

This level 2 Align class is designed to build heat + strength + allow time for you to work on higher-level postures. Expect to hold poses longer, workshop bigger poses + sweat in this high-energy environment. A playful vibe + conversational tone will make this class stand-out from our more traditional classes.

Level 2 indicates:
  • prior experience with postures encouraged
  • higher usage of Sanskrit
  • may include less familiar postures
  • student should be comfortable working on arm balances + inversions
  • may include complicated transitions
  • some mods offered, assumption of basic modification knowledge

This gentle aerial class is designed to help you find a deeper stretch through the use + aid of the silk hammocks. Kids

This camp is intended for kids ages 6-12. Parents should send lunch, a healthy snack, and a water bottle with their kid(s).

In this camp, we pair fitness with fun, setting kids on a path to enjoy movement for life! Participants will learn age-appropriate bootcamp, yoga, and Crossfit movements while also doing obstacle courses and playing games. They will have opportunities to use equipment such as rowers and dumbbells while improving their coordination, balance, and strength. Our coaches are certified and love engaging and encouraging children wherever they are in their fitness journey!

Class must have at least 3 children enrolled to occur.

Autumn Donations
Throughout Autumn, donations for our Donation Move + Yoga classes will be given to The American Indian Center of Indiana. "The mission of AICI shall be to promote unity and well-being among Indiana's American Indians, Alaska Natives, and other people indigenous to the United States through personal, economic, social, health outreach and cultural education development; and to promote the strengthening of mutual understanding and respect among Indian and non-Indian people in Indiana."

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a gentle way to move into a deep state of rest. Different than meditation, yoga Nidra actually encourages a sleep-state, a place of deep healing- where mind and body are at rest, but consciousness is awake. Yoga Nidra can help reduce anxiety, build immunity, reduce effects of stress, and it can help you gain more restful sleep cycles. Join us for a restorative Yoga Nidra session to refresh the body and the mind, clearing space for growth in the season ahead.

This monthly class holds space for you to tune in and realign with your intentions from a place of grace and mindfulness. With a different teacher each month, your experience will change season to season, always allowing for variety and unique perspective.
